A childwatch service for children six (6) weeks to ten (10) years of age is offered to YMCA participants while they are using the facility (must remain on YMCA premises). Please, no parents in the room while staffed for babysitting. Hours are listed below and are subject to change due to low enrollment. THIS IS A NUT-FREE ROOM.

Cash payment may be made directly in the Childwatch/Babysitting room or volume punch cards may be purchased at the Front Desk. See details below.

Created in 2016 to provide newly activated Family membership units the opportunity to receive a complimentary Family Advantage Card worth 15 hours of child-watch services. The 15 hours of complimentary child-watch service is a value of $52.50, expiring one month from the date of membership activation. In addition, the Family Advantage opportunity extends to members under any Family membership type registering for a five (5) week session of a Y Land or Aquatics fitness program, a Cycle Punch card, or a Personal Training Volume Punch card. The 15-hour complimentary Family Advantage card issued for fitness/aquatics programs expires at the end of the 5-week session; for cycle or personal training the card expires after 5-weeks of issue. *Please request Advantage Card at registration. One card per Family unit.
Parents should exercise caution and keep their child home should any unusual symptoms occur. If a child has been exposed to a contagious disease, he/she should be at home. We cannot accept children into the babysitting program if he/she exhibits any of the following: fever, vomiting, a rash, discharging eyes or ears, discolored nasal discharge, thrush, or head lice.
**NOTE: It is required that children 9 and under be accompanied by an adult at all times while at our YMCA. Children 9 and under must be accompanied to and from programs/classes by a parent/guardian. No Front Entry drop off or pick up.
